Denver International Airport, A Masonic Boondoggle

DEditor, On your DIA draft audit story today, “Costs soar $237M beyond 2011 figure,” what is UP with Denver City Auditor Dennis Gallagher spilling the beans on massive graft taking place at DIA? Isn’t he a Mason? Denver International Airport has a dedication plaque in its entryway dedicated to them (and to the New World Airport Commission that doesn’t exist…yet). Needlessly replacing Stapleton, DIA cost over $5 billion (200% cost overrun) with half the traffic expected. Maybe its the runways laid out like swastikas. Or the Pale Horse of the Apocalypse out front. diahorseOr it could be the Masonic “Great Hall,” where hang four immense murals depicting the New World Order’s plan to depolulate the world (dig the dude with the gas mask and oozy!). How much do D.U.M.B.s cost these days? Will the new Hotel and Transit Center have imported marble (with cryptic  engravings!) and Masonic gargoyles too?Slide16 By the way, when are we due to open the time capsule beneath the dedication plaque? With big mouth auditors like this Gallagher fellow, I don’t see that happening any time soon. Sincerely, David Bovie
